UX Designer

Our client is a well-established digital and technical consultancy delivering complex, high-stakes programmes for some of the most demanding end clients in the UK. To hit the ground running, you'll need proven UX/UI experience, a solid portfolio showing end-to-end design and front-end work, and confidence using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Working Patterns and location – Full time on site

• Gather and translate user and business requirements into clear design briefs.

•        Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and polished interface designs.

•        Design responsive, accessible and consistent digital experiences across platforms.

•        Build or support the development of front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

•        Run usability testing sessions and iterate designs based on findings.

•        Collaborate closely with product owners, developers and stakeholders throughout delivery.

•        Maintain and evolve design standards, reusable components and supporting documentation.

•        Proven experience in UX, UI or user-centred design, ideally in complex environments.

•        Strong proficiency with prototyping and design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.

•        Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript for front-end support.

•        Solid understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.

•        Ability to clearly articulate and defend design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.

•        A portfolio demonstrating strong end-to-end design and front-end development work

•        Experience working with design systems or component libraries.

•        Knowledge of user research methods and analytics tools.

•        Experience delivering within Agile teams and sprint-based workflows.
