Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing London consultancy team. You'll need to be MRICS chartered with strong cost management experience and hands-on CostX skills — these are non-negotiable. If you're a strong Senior QS ready to step up, or an established Manager looking for a fresh challenge, this could be the one.

Working Patterns and location – Hybrid – 3 days on site per week
Key responsibilities
Deliver Quantity Surveying and cost management services across a range of client projects.
Lead and manage projects through all key stages of the project lifecycle.
Produce cost plans, estimates, reports and commercial documentation to a high standard.
Use CostX to support accurate measurement, estimating and cost planning.
Manage client relationships and act as a trusted senior point of contact.
Mentor and support junior Quantity Surveyors across the team.
Support business development activity, bids and identification of new opportunities.
Maintain high professional and technical standards across all project delivery.
Skills & experience
MRICS chartership — this is essential, not desirable.
Strong Quantity Surveying and cost management experience within a consultancy or client-facing environment.
Hands-on, day-to-day experience using CostX for measurement, estimating and cost planning.
Proven ability to produce cost plans, estimates and commercial reports.
Strong client and stakeholder management skills at a senior level.
Previous experience leading, mentoring or managing junior team members.
Commercial awareness with the ability to support business development and bids.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
