Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join their Real Estate team in London, working on high-profile commissions across the built environment. You'll need to be SC cleared, and have a solid background in construction or real estate project management. They're growing fast so Apply Now !

 

 

Working Patterns and location – Hybrid

Key responsibilities

·        Conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking at project outset.

·        Establish effective project processes and systems from the ground up.

·        Produce and maintain detailed project plans throughout the project lifecycle.

·        Monitor and document project progress, performance indicators and change.

·        Prepare written project communications, progress reports and formal documentation.

·        Liaise directly with clients, contractors and designers as the key project contact.

·        Attend project meetings, draft minutes and track actions to resolution.

Skills & experience

·        Proven experience delivering real estate or construction projects end-to-end.

·        Strong stakeholder management across clients, contractors, designers and end-users.

·        Ability to produce high-quality project plans, reports and communication materials.

·        Good knowledge of CDM regulations and site health and safety.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentations.

·        Confident problem solver with a strategic mindset and self-motivated approach.

·        Ability to travel across London, the Home Counties and South East as required.

 

The client would also like to see some of the below, but this is not essential:

·        Degree-level qualification in construction, real estate, planning or engineering.

·        Experience working within a management consultancy environment.

·        Membership or chartership with RICS, APM, CIOB or equivalent professional body.

·        Experience managing government or public sector real estate commissions.
