Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage defence projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Drive project quality and continuous improvement.
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in defence or classified environments.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain SC and DV Clearance.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • PMP, Prince2, or other project management certifications.
  • Knowledge of defence technology and systems.
