Lead Organisational Change Manager
Introduction
Our client is a leading Consultancy client within the Defence and Government sector and they are looking for experienced Business, Organisational and Technology transformation Change consultant to join their team!
Responsibilities include planning, supporting, managing and delivering business change solutions, working closely with the clients to solve their problems.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the clients to really make a difference and help them achieve their organisational goals!
This is a hybrid role with 2 days minimum on site per week but it is possible that you will need to travel up to 4 days per week during busy periods.
Key responsibilities
- Engaging with clients in Defence and National Security on technical and/or people lead change projects and programmes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and support them through delivery.
- Delivering on strategy, business design and change management.
- Analysing complex problems, designing innovative solutions and communicating them effectively.
- Delivering transformational change, with awareness and knowledge of business change models, tools and techniques.
- Helping to shape the client’s objectives before starting to develop the overall change strategy and plans.
- Contributing to business development and practice development by building relationships with clients.
- At more senior levels, mentor and lead teams.
Skills & experience
- Evidence of working in a Consulting environment within the Defence/National Security Industry.
- Ability to understand client problems and gain buy in from them.
- Evidence of a leading a change programme.
- Experience working on technology transformation projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of how to implement cultural, organisational and behavioural change.
- Development of organisation design options which outline how these skills could be configured.
- At senior levels, leadership experience.
