Key responsibilities
  • Performing analysis, including the creation of Business Process KPIs and MI using process derived data
  • Visualizing process data and building client dashboards to solve client specific problems
  • Supporting project management activities
  • Working alongside Business Value Architects to help them understand process data so it can be turned into process inefficiency insights and root causes
  • Working with assessment and delivery teams to translate process solution options into delivery plans, and support or enable delivery where appropriate
  • Working with stakeholders at all levels including senior stakeholders and across the Client, the company and third parties (including software vendors)
  • Providing support in product development, proposals and research for the company’s digital tooling and reimagination
  • Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution
Skills & experience
  • Previous experience in data mining, machine learning, business intelligence, algorithms & data structures, big data, ERP, process optimisation or consulting is preferred
  • Up to two years of practical experience in process consulting
  • Team player - complex projects require a strong team
  • SQL knowledge (1+ years of Business SQL use or similar query language)
  • Experience with ETL processes
  • Experience working with Amazon Web Services desired
  • Knowledge of at least one of the following: R, Python, Scripting
  • Scor Reference Model knowledge preferred
  • A keen interest for new data analysis technologies (e.g. Spark, Cuda, TensorFlow) is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of Process Mining Data Modelling and experience using either Celonis, Signavio, UiPath Process Mining or any other Process Mining tool
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP R/3, SAP S/4, SAP HANA, Oracle, PeopleSoft) is an advantage
