Cyber Security Consultant

Our client is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Consultant who can provide expert advice and advice government clients on governance and security Management.

Our client are a medium sized SME who are looking for consultants to work on client and internal work.

This role will be full time on site

• Working with operational teams to ensure secure operation of service solutions.
• Advising government clients on security management.
• Helping with Bids, proposals and implementation and integrations.
• Lead the implementation Security Management systems.
• Provide technical advice and guidance.
• Manage risk and provide expert advice to reduce risk.
• Leading a team of cyber security professionals.
• Responsible for Cyber Security technical programs.

• Be expected to have or working towards recognised and highly regarded qualifications and certifications. These include (but are not limited to):
• Master's and/or bachelor’s degree level education in a cyber security or technology-based discipline (or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience).  
• NCSC Certified Cyber Professional (CCP)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and/or Implementer
• COMPTIA Security+
• US CERT Insider Threat certifications
• CHECK penetration tester
• Certified Cyber Essentials Plus Assessor
