Business Change Manager

Working with our brilliant consultancy providing Business Change expertise within the Defence Sector!

You will work alongside technical teams to deliver change through applying change management models, such as APMG. Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential to successfully integrating the change into organisations.

This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days on site per week, based in Wiltshire.

• Deliver Business Change and Transformation within Defence.
• Use change management models and methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, APMG).
• Support the planning and adoption of technologies, such as cloud.
• Develop consultancy offerings, proposals and bids.
• Analyse barriers to change and effectively communicate solutions.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication.

• Demonstratable business change or transformation within the Defence sector.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of technical change, such as Cloud.
• Preparing organisations for change in terms of, workshop facilitation, training, readiness, problem-solving.
• APMG Change Management Practitioner, PROSCI Practitioner or MSP accreditation is desirable.

Income tax and primary national insurance contributions will be deducted at source from any payments made to the intermediary.
