Our client is an award-winning, independent management consultancy with a genuine SME feel and a flat structure - they've been recognised as one of the Times Top 50 Best Places to Work three times over.
Unlike the larger corporates, they pride themselves on giving clients a personal, high-touch service, and that ethos runs through everything they do. They're growing fast!
The team works across a diverse portfolio from pharmaceutical construction to education buildings and they're looking for someone who can roll their sleeves up and get stuck in across the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction right through to completion.
You'll be working closely with a senior PM, supporting on commissions, managing project documentation, liaising with clients and contractors, and contributing to business development. To be considered, you'll need a minimum of 2 years' project management experience, solid cradle-to-grave exposure, and - crucially - you must be actively working towards your RICS chartership or CIOB. This is mandatory. If you're currently in a larger consultancy and craving more ownership, variety and human connection in your work, this could be exactly the move you've been waiting for.
