Introduction

Company cultures & job summary

Our client is one of the UK's leading digital and technical learning consultancies, a well-established name that works with some of the biggest organisations in both the public and private sectors, including major government clients. They're serious about what great learning looks like, and they back that up with real investment in their people and their practice. The team is a smart, collaborative group of consultants working on complex, meaningful engagements; think large-scale learning transformation, blended programme design, and strategic L&D advisory work for senior government stakeholders. This isn't a team that does off-the-shelf training; they design learning that moves the needle. To thrive here, you'll need proven consulting chops in an L&D context. You'll have solid instructional design experience, be comfortable in technical and digital environments, and know your way around learning evaluation frameworks. The ability to mentor junior consultants and contribute to bids and proposals also set you apart.
