ERP Transformation Lead

Our client are a Defence company who are currently undergoing a large ERP transformation project.

They are in the lookout for a Transformation Lead to ensure successful design and delivery of change through stakeholder collaboration to define priorities, manage risk and optimise business processes.

Working Patterns and location – This is a hybrid role with 3 days on site per week.

• Assess and manage UK-specific business change impacts arising from the ERP transformation, ensuring effective mitigation and alignment with programme objectives.
• Drive business readiness and adoption through structured change management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of targeted implementation plans.
• Partner with global process owners to adapt and localise enterprise ERP processes to meet UK operational requirements.
• Ensure UK regulatory, operational, and business requirements are fully integrated into the ERP solution while maintaining alignment with global standards.
• Serve as the key interface between UK business stakeholders and the global transformation programme, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities.
• Lead workshops, working groups, and decision forums to facilitate stakeholder alignment, resolve issues, and progress key programme decisions.
• Identify and analyse gaps between global ERP design and UK business needs, defining solutions to address localisation requirements.
• Support solution design, validation, and implementation to ensure outcomes are fit for purpose and aligned with business objectives.
• Provide clear, proactive reporting on UK business readiness, including programme risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to programme governance structures, ensuring UK business interests and requirements are effectively represented.

• Proven experience in leading business transformation initiatives, ideally involving ERP upgrades (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong understanding of UK business operations, regulatory requirements, and change management practices.
• Experience working in a global programme environment with complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across business and technology teams.

Income tax and primary national insurance contributions will be deducted at source from any payments made to the intermediary.
