DV Cleared Business Change Manager

Our client is delivering Business Change consultancy services and support to clients within the National Security Space.

They are looking for someone to contribute to the high performance of our client’s projects through a mixture of delivering technical work, managing small to medium sized projects to deliver on time and contributing to bids and new work.

Very recent National Security experience is required for this role.

Working Patterns and location – This is a hybrid role with 3-4 days per week on site.

• Delivering business change projects and programmes within the National Security space.
• Project management support for large budget projects.
• Assisting in the development of consultancy offerings, bids, and propositions.
• Supporting clients across technical, process and cultural change projects.
• Leading and/or supporting business delivery assignments to achieve stakeholder satisfaction and high quality results.
• Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Delivering transformation change with awareness and knowledge business change models tools and techniques.
• Analysing complex problems, designing innovative solutions, and communicating them effectively to a wide range of audiences.
• Delivering transformational change, with awareness and knowledge of business change models, tools, and techniques.

• Experience working in a Business Change role or similar within a National Security client.
• Experience of preparing affected business areas for transitioning to new ways of working.
• Experience of guiding stakeholders through business transformations.
• Exemplary stakeholder engagement and management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops with wide range of stakeholders.
• APMG Change Management Practitioner, PROSCI Practitioner or MSP accreditation is desirable.
