Introduction

Company cultures & job summary

Our client is one of the most recognisable names in management consultancy, with a Defence practice that sits at the heart of the UK's most ambitious and high-stakes digital programmes. We're talking about the kind of work that genuinely matters, programmes built to keep the country safe and operating effectively in an increasingly complex world. This is not a quiet corner of a big firm, it's a growing, high-energy team working across sites in the South of England, delivering transformation at scale for defence clients who need the very best. You'll be joining a team of seasoned consultants and industry experts who bring real credibility to some of the most demanding programme environments in the country. The work spans digital delivery, operating model design, PMO setup, programme governance, capability development and more, so no two days look the same. To be considered, you'll need proven experience delivering major programmes or transformation at a senior level within a consulting or professional services environment, backed by a genuine understanding of the Defence sector and its digital agenda; think AI, Cyber, Cloud, data and analytics. You'll also need to be someone who can win work, lead bids, build lasting client relationships and bring a team with you under pressure. SC or DV clearance is required.
