Consultant Project Manager

Our consultancy client is at the forefront of helping secure organisations get the most out of digital transformation and operational change.

They are looking for capable project managers to lead small to medium sized projects within a secure government environment, typically within an Agile methodology.

You'll need proven experience delivering work packages or projects for secure government clients.

Working Patterns and location – Hybrid – 3-4 days on site per week

• Manage and lead defined work packages or small-to-medium projects end to end.

•        Ensure delivery meets agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements.

•        Work directly with clients to shape and refine delivery approaches.

•        Identify, manage and mitigate risks and dependencies across delivery activities.

•        Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to drive successful project outcomes.

•        Analyse project performance data and produce clear, insightful reports.

•        Guide team activity and champion continuous improvement across delivery.

•        Represent the Transformation Solutions Practice and build lasting client confidence.

• Proven experience delivering work packages or projects in Agile or structured environments.

•        Strong leadership of diverse technical specialists across complex supply chains.

•        Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget and quality to meet client expectations.

•        Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.

•        Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and shaping delivery approaches.

•        Strong facilitation skills across meetings, workshops and delivery sessions.

•        Ability to anticipate risks, manage dependencies and implement mitigations.

•        Commercial understanding of project financials, contracts and supply chain impacts.
