Change Manager

Our client provides independent engineering, technical, and strategic advisory services within the defence and aerospace sectors, supporting the MoD and equipment manufacturers with unbiased, through-life guidance. The Change Manager role focuses on leading and delivering change initiatives, coordinating across multidisciplinary teams to manage risk, improve processes, and ensure the successful implementation and long-term sustainability of defence systems and capabilities.

Working Patterns: This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days on site per week.

• Lead and deliver change initiatives, developing strategies and assessing impacts within complex or secure environments.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and act as a trusted advisor to ensure alignment and successful adoption of change.
• Oversee risks, dependencies, and delivery while producing high-quality documentation and structured outputs.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams and drive change across projects, working independently while collaborating with senior leaders.

• Proven experience delivering change programmes in complex or secure digital environments, using both structured and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and engagement expertise, including end-to-end delivery of messaging, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption.
• Ability to design and implement change strategies, supported by experience in Change Impact Assessments and Training Needs Analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills, with confidence in shaping recommendations, facilitating workshops, and presenting insights.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and written communication skills, with the ability to translate data into practical actions and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery impacts.
