Company cultures & job summary
Our client is a well-established management consultancy with a strong track record delivering transformation programmes into some of the UK's most sensitive and high-profile government environments. They work at the heart of National Security and Defence, the kind of work that genuinely matters. The team you'd be joining is multidisciplinary, fast-paced and embedded directly with government clients, driving real organisational change on complex, large-scale programmes. You won't be sat on the periphery, you'll be right in the middle of it. To hit the ground running, you'll need proven experience in business change or transformation, ideally from a consultancy or government project delivery background. You must have worked with Defence, National Security or Central Government clients before, and you'll be comfortable leading stakeholder engagement, facilitating workshops and producing sharp change management deliverables. Sound like you? APPLY TODAY and let's talk.
