AI/Cyber People Transformation Consultant

Introduction

Our world leading consultancy client work to deliver complex transformation projects to their Defence and Security clients.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement business change strategies.

You will need to have experience with delivering digital and people transformation projects within Defence or National Security organisations and an understanding of their practices.

Working Patterns: Hybrid 2-3 days per week on site in Bristol or London with travel around the South West to client sites as required.

Key responsibilities

·        Support the delivery of digital transformation and change programmes.

·        Help shape programme strategy, governance, delivery and assurance activities.

·        Contribute to client engagements through planning, stakeholder workshops and change initiatives.

·        Work across key areas including:

o   Digital Transformation

o   Operating Model Design

o   Scaled Agile Delivery

o   Programme Governance

o   PMO Delivery

o   Capability Development

·        Assist with programme reporting, risk management and financial controls.

·        Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.

·        Support the development of new propositions, solutions and industry insights.

Skills & experience

·        Experience delivering projects within a digital or technology-driven environment.

·        Background in Defence, Security or Justice sectors.

·        Experience working on complex programmes within industry, consulting or professional services.

·        Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery challenges.

·        Confident communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.

·        Strong problem-solving, analytical and critical-thinking abilities.

·        Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced project teams.

·        Self-motivated, proactive and driven to deliver results.

·        Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
