Test Manager

Our client is looking for a Test Manager to ensure end to end testing and develop test strategies and plans.

Our client is working on a highly critical project within a key government client and are looking for an experienced Tester to play a crucial role within their department.

This role is hybrid based with 4 days per week on site.

• Testing the functionality, usability, security aspects of products as they mature through production stages to released products.
• Managing test and other resources.
• Developing Test Strategies and specific Test Plans and schedules.
• Working with Project Managers and Engineers to understand and mitigate Risk.
• Identifying issues early on in development stage.
• Verification of functionality against user requirements, security requirements, and specifications.
• Liaising with end-users to ensure that the functionality and MMI are fit for purpose.
• Using industry best practice and specialist test tools as applicable.
• Preparing test reports with technical assurance specialists to communicate the results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• An analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Working as part of a Program or Project team.
• Comfortable leading and mentoring a test team.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills (technical and non-technical).
