Talent and Client Account Manager

We need someone with brilliant Account Management and Recruitment Skills.

Key responsibilities
  • Account Management of existing established clients, as well as new clients who you bring on
  • Lead recruitment activities to ensure your Accounts are successful and making placements
  • Liaise with clients, establish requirements and maintain good working relationships
  • Take accountability for understanding job requirements and ensure that roles are run from A-Z
  • Source candidates for Contract and Permanent jobs via job boards (using Boolean searching), our inhouse CRM, networking events and LinkedIn Premium
  • Assess candidates’ suitability for roles and ensure they are well represented to the client
  • Support other Talent Acquisition/Account Managers with their roles
  • Attend client and candidate meetings
  • Arrange interviews and prepare candidates for interview
  • Support on contract negotiations
  • Promote roles via social media activities
  • Business development activities on new and existing clients
  • Attend exhibitions and recruitment events
  • Lead or mentor more junior members of the team as required

 

Skills & experience
  • 5 years’ experience within a Recruitment role, ideally recruiting for Technical/Consulting roles but we are open to having a conversation with driven individuals outside of this space
  • Have some knowledge/an interest in Defence, National Security or Critical National Infrastructure
  • Experience managing Accounts with multiple placements made on them
  • Hard working, loyal, enthusiastic professionals with fantastic customer service experience
  • Team player with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Target driven and sales focused
  • Some mentoring/training/leadership experience

Core working hours are 8.30am – 5pm Mon – Fri

Expected Salary £30,000 - £38,000 per annum
