What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and grow key client accounts rapidly
  • Develop new business and build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from requirements gathering to successful placement
  • Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, CRM, and networking
  • Assess suitability and represent candidates professionally to clients
  • Arrange interviews, support negotiations, and manage offers
  • Attend client meetings
  • Support and mentor junior colleagues
  • Promote roles on social media and attend industry events

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally in technical or consulting roles (open to other sectors)
  • Experience managing accounts with multiple hires
  • Knowledge or interest in Defence, National Security, or Critical National Infrastructure
  • Strong customer service skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Resilient, driven, and thrives on success – you love to win and won’t give up easily
  • Hard-working, loyal, and enthusiastic professionals
  • Target-driven with a sales-focused, can-do attitude
  • Some experience in mentoring, training, or team leadership
