Key responsibilities
  • Work with the end-clients to receive periodic data reports on time, and consistent with the format requested, ensuring the relationship is managed confidently and effectively at all times.
  • Generating ideas to help solve problems and drive out insightful fact-based findings and recommendations
  • Testing quality of data and reconciling data across sources, presenting facts and evidence in meetings, identify issues and problems, recommending approaches to address them
  • Review the integrity of data reports and work with the end client to close any gaps as appropriate
  • Data preparation for upload into the Spend Management’
  • Review of key data outputs and investigation of potential data anomalies against trends
  • Liaison with the internal Technology team to highlight /resolve software related issues affecting data outputs within the company’s application
  • Support the creation of bespoke spend analysis reports as requested by the end-client
  • Support the development of client relationships and identify further areas of account growth
  • Drive client usage of company Applications
  • Support Client demo’s and pitches as required
Skills & experience
  • 3 years or more working in a client facing, consulting or account management environment, delivering high level stakeholder management
  • Experience working with procurement systems would be advantageous I.e. SAP, Coupa, Oracle, Ariba
  • Strong Excel Skills are a must
