SuccessFactors Data Analyst
Introduction
Our client is looking for a Data Analyst to analyse their HR data and leverage tools to provide key information to stakeholders and the business.
You will need to be advanced at Excel, including Vlookups and Macro formulas, and ideally have experience within SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
Working Patterns: 2 – 3 days per week on site. Some travel to other sites required.
Key responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage reporting tools to gather and manipulate HR data, conducting comprehensive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports to enable the HR team to track data workstream progress and highlight insights to stakeholders.
- Translate complex data requirements into easily digestible formats for diverse audiences, including local HR teams and key programme stakeholders.
- Supporting HR Business Partners in developing and driving people plans.
- Ensuring all elements of HR administration are carried out by the People Centre - e.g. starters, leavers, referencing, security and compliance checks, etc.
Skills & experience
- Experience with technical data manipulation.
- It would be beneficial to have experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors or other SAP tools.
- Analytical problem solver, proficient in all MS office applications including, keen eye for detail, spotting anomalies, trends and providing solutions.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to relate to employees at all levels of the organisation.
- Excel advanced experience including vlookups, macros formulas.
