Our client is currently recruiting for individuals with industry and technical skills that can help us grow and develop our capabilities.

Key responsibilities
  • Work closely with Partners and Directors to lead and develop the Major Programmes practice in Financial Services
  • Build and lead a network of relationships within our client and as a trusted business client advisor, leading the conversation on architecting and delivering transformation
  • Lead the design and delivery of complex and high-profile transformation programmes for our clients, managing delivery and engagement risk
  • Support clients aligning their transformation agenda and portfolios of projects and programmes, facilitating delivery of their strategic business outcomes
  • Be present in the market, bringing a distinctive point of view to relevant client issues, industry and technology trends
  • Craft and lead go-to-market strategies/campaigns, collaborating across the firm to bring together our clients multi-disciplinary capability to serve clients
  • Build, cultivate and own long standing, trust-based relationships with senior clients and partners
  • Lead development of proposals for clients, including structuring teams and developing innovative pricing and commercial models
  • Role-model inclusive leadership and collaborative working, mentoring, coaching and leading teams
Skills & experience
  • Significant experience leading major programmes, using traditional and/or agile methodologies with a strong understanding of digital/technology enabled change
  • Experienced in delivering at least one of the following types of programme:
  • (1) Platform transformation (e.g. HR, Finance, Wealth); (2) Cloud-enabled transformation, e.g. S4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors; (3) operating model transformation; (4) strategic cost reduction, (5) regulatory-driven change, (6) financial crime, (7) business / function and enterprise-level portfolio management, (8) net zero / ESG transformation
  • Have a track record of building long standing, trust-based relationships with senior clients and identifying new service offerings solutions to support our clients in delivery complex transformations/ programmes.
  • Providing trusted Advisory support to senior executive level clients helping them design and implement complex transformation programmes
  • Commercial awareness to manage effective client, supplier and partner relationships
  • Inclusive leadership. Cultivate followership and managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are supported to grow and are recognised for their contribution
  • Experience of leadership relating to team development thought leadership, points of view, publications and business strategy
  • Cultivating client relationships to share industry insights and support in the generation of new opportunities
