Strategy consultant

Our client is seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of high-quality, accurate business cases that drive strategic decisions.

In this role, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders to shape compelling business proposals and align them with long-term strategy.

Due to the nature of the work they can take SC and DV candidates in Bristol but only DV cleared candidates in Cheltenham.

Working Patterns: Bristol – 2 or 3 days per week onsite / Cheltenham – Predominantly on site (Can flex to working one day from home but need to be prepared going on site)

• Collaborating with clients to develop detailed and high quality cases through detailed analysis.
• Foster close client relationships to build trust.
• Leading business case processes by identifying commercial suppliers, delivery vehicles, finance and governance arrangements to manage delivery accordingly.
• Presenting reports to a range of client stakeholders in order to guide business cases through assurance and approval processes.
• Building capabilities across the business case team and business consulting practices
• Leading and contributing to sales for the business – including bid development and sales presentations to clients.
• Supporting the development and delivery of marketing campaigns.

• Excellent client management skills
• Drafting case studies to HM Treasury Green Book standard
• Ideally Foundation or Practitioner level or other relevant skills
• Experience in the key areas of Defence, aerospace, security and other public sector
• Leading and contributing on bids and presentations
