This Software Engineer role will be for a large consultancy firm operating within the Government and Defence sector. As a software Engineer you will be working through the entire development cycle to develop bespoke solutions for customers within national security.
Most of the work carried out will be working on solutions involving android but there will be crossovers and will allow you to work with other software. The work carried out can include taking apps apart and working on them internally, reverse engineering applications or adding layers to others etc. Overall, you will be designing and developing bespoke application-based software solutions.
This role will require you to work onsite 4 days per week in Hampshire and be eligible and willing to undergo a SC clearance.
Skills & experience
- Experience with C/C++ programming and other languages
- Some experience in Linux or Android internals
- Experience working through the entire solutions lifecycle
