Day to day responsibilities will include supporting the Head of Security Operations in a combination of business support and service management duties. The role shall be responsible for production of materials for the preparation of bid responses, driving the direction of the department’s governance and responsible for the overall client experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Support RFP and BIDs
  • Drive business development by creating and delivering business cases for changes to services and participation in the IT investment process
  • RAID (Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) ownership for in scope services
  • Service Cost Models to support growth
  • Direct/manage technical and business change within the service and customer base
  • Production/review/approval of monthly management reports
  • Direct/interface with Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction with services delivered
  • Direct/develop and maintain effective relationships with key customer contacts, internal delivery units and 3rd party suppliers
  • Accountability for directing/managing/participation in major incident management
Skills & experience
  • ITIL Expert certification or equivalent
  • SIEM & SOAR Platforms
  • LogRhythm
  • MS Sentinel
  • Splunk
  • Palo Alto - XSOAR
  • ITSM toolsets

One or more relevant security CERTS such as:

  • Security+
