Senior Software Engineer

Our client is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to work on their mission-critical projects within National Security.

You will work in a Scrum environment delivering a mixture of either front-end, back-end or Cloud software solutions.

You will need to have experience working in a NS environment for this role.

This is a hybrid role with 1 or 2 days per week able to be done remotely.

• Deliver mission-critical complex software solutions to National Security Clients.
• Design and build secure software using industry best practice.
• Work in Agile Software teams to use the latest technologies.

• Experience building enterprise level web applications or services within a National Security environment.
• Experience of working in an Agile delivery team.
• Technical experience in one of the following: JavaScript (React, Angular), Java (Spring) or Cloud Services (AWS, Azure).
• CI/CD and/or Docker/Kubernetes containerisation and orchestration.
• An understanding of unit and automation testing.
• How to handle and store data.
