This is a hybrid role.

• Review construction contractor systems, controls and processes to build a view on best practice using industry expertise.
• Analysis and understanding of complex construction contracts. (NEC3/4/ICE Bespoke).
• Test data and information using tools such as data visualisation and trend analysis, for example PowerBI or Tableau.
• Produce written findings reports that succinctly deliver key findings and recommendations.
• Review outputs intended for circulation to clients and provide feedback to colleagues, where relevant.
• Build and foster excellent professional relationships with clients, and demonstrate excellent collaborative skills as part of a diverse team.

• Assurance or auditing experience in a construction, commercial or accountancy setting.
• Contract management: ideally NEC 3 or 4
• Assessment of accuracy and entitlement to cost.
• Strong data analysis skills using PowerBI or Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills, including written reports, and ability to influence and engage with stakeholders.
• Excellent people management and experience working and collaborating in a team environment.
• Hold or working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent (i.e. MRICS, ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.).
