Senior Client & Growth Manager

Our clients is supporting a highly respected, fast-growing infrastructure and technology delivery business with circa £10m turnover, trusted by major Tier 1 integrators and central government supply chains. They are now appointing a Senior Client & Growth Manager to own sales, client growth and technical pre-sales leadership across physical infrastructure, datacentre and network delivery programmes.

Working Patterns: Fully Remote.

• Owning sales, account growth and client strategy across high-value infrastructure programmes
• Leading technical pre-sales for datacentre, cabling and physical infrastructure projects
• Engaging directly with Tier 1 partners and major enterprise customers
• Leading tender responses and framework opportunities
• Bringing new clients on board and expanding existing accounts
• Acting as the senior commercial and technical interface across delivery programmes
• Helping shape the organisation’s future direction into AI and automation-led infrastructure
• In time, building and growing a sales / client team around you

• Has strong experience selling and delivering datacentre, cabling and physical infrastructure programmes
• Is commercially strong but also technically credible in front of delivery teams and enterprise clients
• Is comfortable owning tenders, bids and growth strategy
• Can work at a senior, self-sufficient level with real autonomy
