Senior Change Consultant

Are you an experienced Consultant looking to deliver business change in an exciting and challenging environment?

You will be a dynamic, and engaging individual, working full time and is happy to work onsite 2-3 days per week with the possibility of more if required.

Our client is a leading Defence and Security Consultancy who are growing their presence considerably in the North West.

They are looking for dynamic and driven Consultants to join their team – you don’t have to be the finished product, but you have to be keen to learn and excellent with clients!

• Working collaboratively with senior stakeholders in technology-led transformation programmes
• Delivering on strategy, business design and change management
• Analysing complex problems, designing innovative solutions and communicating them effectively
• Delivering transformational change, with awareness and knowledge of business change models, tools and techniques
• Leading/mentoring teams

• 5+ years working on complex change/transformation projects
• Experience in either a consultancy environment and/or Defence, public sector, government or CNI
• Experience of preparing affected business areas for transitioning to new ways of working
• Experience of guiding stakeholders through business transformations
• Communications planning and implementation
• Experience facilitating workshops with wide range of stakeholders
• Experience in a leadership role
