The Team & Projects
You’ll be joining a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team of engineers, analysts, and delivery specialists working on large-scale, secure programmes. Expect complex, meaningful projects with real-world impact - this isn’t just delivery, it’s mission-driven work.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Remove blockers and keep delivery on track across teams
- Support backlog refinement with Product Owners
- Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Provide clear reporting on delivery progress and performance
Skills & experience
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles and SAFe practices
- Experience delivering software projects with technical teams
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and unblock delivery
- Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience using tools like Jira

Working Pattern
