Datasource need an outgoing, dynamic individual who is excited to join our recruitment team. At the heart of this Recruitment Support Officer role is a strong sales mentality, as you'll be responsible for business development, which is all about cultivating meaningful relationships, along with offering administrative and people networking support to the team. Your mission: to drive growth in our business within your designated area and provide the highest quality business support to the recruitment delivery team. If you're a people person with a knack for forging connections and the drive to excel, we want you on our team.

Datasource’s main offices are based in Cheltenham.

This is a hybrid role based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

No previous experience required! Full training will be provided

We need individuals who have transferable skills and who are willing to learn.

High levels of customer service and quality are important to us so we’d be keen to speak to someone who has previous Customer Service experience or has worked within a Customer Service environment ideally.

Key responsibilities

Key Tasks:

  • Phoning prospective candidates about suitable roles
  • Handling email enquires
  • You’d be in charge of diary management
  • Sending interview confirmations and information packs
  • Assisting the recruitment team
  • Conducting outward bound sales calls

Salary: £19,500 - £21,000 per annum plus commission with OTE up to £25,000

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5pm
