We are a recruitment consultancy based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. We have a small team based in Birmingham and are looking for another Recruiter/Account Manager to join the team.

We focus on recruiting for Technical and Consultancy candidates within the Defence industry and public sector.

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a background in sales/customer service who we can provide full-training for. Similarly, we are interested in hearing from experienced Recruiters to take responsibility for a number of profitable accounts!

Key responsibilities
  • With a focus and ownership of the delivery permanent and/or roles
  • Account Management - Liaising with clients; establish requirements and maintain good working relationships
  • Sourcing candidates for roles using a variety of searching and using our database
  • Networking with clients and candidates
  • Attending client and candidate meetings
  • Arranging interviews and responding to client requirements
  • Contract negotiations, understanding legislations such as IR35, AWR (full training provided)
  • Managing account marketing online
  • Social media activities
  • Business development
  • Attending exhibitions

Core working hours are 8.30am-5pm Mon -Fri

Salary: £20,000 -£27,000 per annum + Commission. We aim for our staff to strive to become Account Manager and earn OTE of £50,000+ per annum! Commission is uncapped.

Account Manager salary base of £30,000 upwards.
