The Team and Projects

You will be part of a high performing Transformation Solutions team delivering critical programmes. You will work alongside multidisciplinary specialists across digital, engineering and operational domains, supporting initiatives that directly influence national capability and innovation.

 

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering projects or work packages in Agile or structured environments
  • Strong leadership experience across technical or multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget and quality
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
  • Experience managing risks, issues and dependencies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly

  • Lead work packages or small to medium sized projects
  • Ensure delivery meets agreed scope, timelines, budget and quality
  • Work closely with clients to shape delivery approaches
  • Manage risks, issues and dependencies
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve outcomes
  • Monitor performance and produce clear reporting

This is a hybrid role with a combination of on site and remote working.
