You'll be part of our client’s Programme Leadership community which serves to support delivery of their clients’ most exciting and business-critical transformation programmes. Whether it’s helping FTSE100 companies transform into digital businesses, new entrants responding to evolving customer and societal needs, financial institutions adapting to global and local trends or governments transform the services they provide to citizens, their Programme Leadership team work at senior levels across all functions to help deliver valuable outcomes and benefits.

As part of a practice that brings research and analytics expertise together with deep industry knowledge, you’ll develop change programmes that are not only innovative, but deliver the most positive impact for all, and in doing so you’ll develop trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with design and development, including programme strategy and set up, programme / portfolio delivery, and assurance reviews
  • Support transformation workstreams including the development of plans, managing critical paths and interdependencies to deliver major change successfully
  • Support delivery including, progress reporting, risk management and financial controls in relation to a project, programme or workstream
  • Support the growth of client relationships, identifying new opportunities within both existing and new clients, and supporting proposals to win work
  • Support the development of our propositions, solutions and methods, and industry points of view
  • Demonstrate excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills across all levels of client and company stakeholders
Skills & experience
  • Project / Programme management and Project Management Office (PMO), including development of plans across workstreams and management of critical paths, dependencies, reports and risks in a project

Preferred but not required experience across large-scale programmes, including:

  • Programme strategy; definition and planning, delivery strategy, business case development
  • Programme set up; delivery/operating model design, commercial model structure, definition and mapping of programme outcomes
  • Programme delivery; project and programme management, programme controls/assurance, risk management, or operational readiness
  • Commercial and contract awareness, including engagement risk
  • Ability to present to client/stakeholders at all levels in an organisation
  • Problem solving, attention to details, creative thinking and analytical skills
  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams, and fast-paced project environments
  • Self-starting with high degree of personal motivation and drive.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to form lasting relationships with both team members and clients.
