Programme Delivery Lead

Our client are a consultancy working on large scale airport projects. You will need experience working in an airport or other live environments. 

You will be overseeing the delivery of a multi project programme consisting of Skylines, APV and baggage projects. You will be managing a team of Project Managers ensuring everything is up to schedule and quality.

Working Patterns and location – This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week on site at Stansted.

• Lead and coordinate the overall programme delivery across SkyLinks, APV, and Baggage projects.
• Manage and support Project Managers, ensuring consistent application of governance, processes, and reporting standards.
• Oversee programme schedule, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress and performance across all projects, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues.
• Report monthly to leadership teams through structured Monthly Performance Reviews.
• Support procurement activities for baggage systems and ensure readiness for installation phases.
• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement across airport operations, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in leading complex infrastructure programmes, ideally within an aviation environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and drive coordinated delivery.
• Excellent programme planning, risk management, and reporting skills.
• Comfortable working in live operational environments with multiple stakeholder interfaces.
