Introduction

The client are the lookout for an experienced P3M Consultant who is able to provide best practice expertise on projects, portfolios and programmes.

 Our client are a medium sized SME who are looking for consultants to work with their Government clients.

 This role will be full time on site.

Key responsibilities

 

  • Lead, design and implement portfolio, programs and projects.
  • Manage large complex programs.
  • Develop, monitor and maintain project dashboards.
  • Establish governance to ensure consistent management across portfolios.
  • Identify and manage risks
  • Engage with Senior stakeholders to provide expert consultation on P3M.
  • Championing initiatives whilst continuing to develop continuous improvement.
  • Mentoring and leading teams.
Skills & experience
  • PMP (Project Management Professional), MSP (Managing Successful Programs), MoP (Management of Portfolios), or equivalent certifications.
  • 10+ years of experience in project, programme, or portfolio management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Previous experience working with government clients
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Primavera, or similar platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, Lean, and hybrid models.
