Our client is looking for 3 Organisational Change and Effectiveness Consultants to join their team.
The focus will be around supporting a current transformation programme that is underway, and long term with a real focus on embedding organisational effectiveness and cultural change within internal business units.
The team support a wide variety of Organisational Effectiveness activities, with a focus on change management.
You will be able to work remotely for the majority of the time, however it will be expected that you go into the office/other sites for meetings a couple of times per month.
Our client is open to Mid-Senior level consultants as they are looking to bring on 3 people at varying levels.
Key responsibilities
- This role is key in supporting transformation and business strategy from a People and Culture view.
- Design and deliver creative, high impact insight-driven solutions that meet the needs of the People & Culture and wider Business Strategies.
- Support the HR Business Partner community in developing Organisational Effectiveness interventions within their respective functions or business areas.
- Understand and anticipate the need for change, support the diagnosis of the underlying issues and build the case for change with stakeholders
- Build frameworks to plan and manage the continuous process of change including dependencies, risk, opportunities
- Work in partnership with the business to support the effective engagement and delivery of timely organisational change
- Support the development of a great employee experience through the delivery and effective change management of people-related projects & interventions
Skills & experience
- Experience of supporting the design and delivery of change, organisation development or people related projects.
- Proven HR generalist skills across a range of HR disciplines (Org Design, Talent, Reward, Learning & Development).
- Experience delivering key change processes across teams in an organisation.
- Analytical skills, including using data to measure outcomes and inform decision making, and being able to weigh up and take decisions when there are unknowns
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across teams in an organisation.
