My client is a large consultancy in the UK and are particularly successful working on MoD, Government and Public Sector contracts.
They are looking for candidates with experience of organisational change, organisational design and business change to work on projects with their clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience working across a transformation of a whole organisation to make it more agile and efficient for people and users of that business, through the implementation or change of a particular system or output of working.
This role can be predominantly remote working, however my client are a top consultancy so there will be the expectation to travel to client sites as and when required.
Key responsibilities
- Organisational Design
- Change leadership, visioning and alignment
- Communications and stakeholder engagement
- Cultural and behavioural change
- Organisation structure transition management
- Facilitation of workshops to evaluate organisation design options with leadership
- Development of strategic design principles to inform organisation design choices
- Development of organisation design options which outline how these skills could be configured
- Enabling workforce design and enhancing workforce productivity
- Shaping talent optimisation through data and technology
Skills & experience
- Provide recommendations and solutions to clients to help them solve their complex business needs
- Develop organisation focused work plans and project objectives for client engagement meetings
- Work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to provide organisation transformation advice
- Deliver components of end-to-end transformation activities across the clients’ organisation through the setup of workshops to provide training or process improvement guidance on new systems that have been implemented
Below is a list of Key Skills, however you will not be expected to have everything:
- Experience working across organisation transformation projects
- Strong understanding of culture change and organisation structure transition management
- Work with a range of internal and external stakeholders as a subject matter expert on Transformation Leadership, ensuring to develop and build on new and existing relationships
- Experience in facilitating workshops across the organisation to develop capabilities around the new structure of business
