Introduction

Our client is a large consultancy in the UK and are particularly focused on human and people centred change within the Defence and Security industry and are really looking for passionate people to join them on their journey!

Their key client sites are London, Bristol and Manchester – they can base people in any of their offices but it will be expected that as a Consultant, you do a large amount of travel as/when clients want you!

Key responsibilities
  • Driving forward Organisational/People focused transformation
  • Help clients solve complex issues by performing analysis and providing recommendations
  • Work with a range of stakeholders both internally and in client organisations
  • Hold workshops with clients
  • Develop work plans for client engagements and leading the delivery of defined project objectives
  • Scope, deliver and lead components of end-to-end transformational activities

  • Change and leadership
  • Communications and stakeholder engagement
  • Cultural and behavioural change
  • Training and change capability development
  • Organisational design and structure transition management
  • User on-boarding and adoption planning and support
  • User journey and user story development
  • Change impact assessment and mitigations planning
  • Change analytics, baselining and monitoring progress of change
  • Facilitation of workshops to evaluate organisation design options with leadership
  • Development of strategic design principles to inform organisation design choices
