My client is a dynamic consultancy specialising in aerospace and aviation solutions. They have a multi-disciplinary team specialising in delivering top-notch repairs and processes to support various fleet operations.

You will collaborate closely with other engineers to design and develop optimal repair solutions and take the lead on individual repair tasks, ensuring timely delivery.

This is a hybrid role with 60% of the time spent onsite.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of static stress analysis engineers to craft innovative repair solutions.
  • Compile and coordinate engineering documentation to provide essential technical data for repairs.
  • Drive individual repair tasks, liaising with customer service and other stakeholders.
Skills & experience
  • Skilled aerospace structural engineer with broad program knowledge.
  • Collaborates effectively in teams to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Efficiently organizes and monitors tasks to meet customer expectations.
  • Requirements: Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent, aircraft structural engineering background preferred, understanding of airworthiness regulations.
  • Proficient in Catia V5, adept at generating and updating models and drawings.
  • Ability to interpret production drawings and negotiate with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with repair design technical requirements and fleet wing structures.
