Maintenance Support Engineer Team Leader

• Supporting and managing IMS Data.
• Checking documentation.
• Developing test scripts.
• Conduct on site training and mentoring junior members.
• Addressing issues to contribute to report development.
• Ensuring personnel are trained and comply with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with core teams.

• Experience as the primary point of contact (POC) for all MSE actions.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate a team within a similar sector, including pastoral care for employee well-being.
• Previous experience in leading and developing staff.

Qualifications for the Maintenance Support Engineer Team Leader: 

• Training in an Aircraft related discipline to City and Guilds 2675 Level 3 or equivalent i.e., Aero NVQ Level 3
• Knowledge of MAA Regulatory frameworks
