Lead IA Coordinator

Introduction

We are looking for an experienced CISSP certified IA Coordinator to help maintain the security of Government IT systems.

You will be providing solutions, assuring security, and implementing risk management for a large engineering defence client.

This is a chance to become the primary point of contact for security concerns, allowing you to make a difference within the business and protect vital information.

This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days on site per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver security assurance on IT systems.
  • Undertake security risk management.
  • Write RMAD documents.
  • Employ Government policies such as JSP44 and JSP604.
  • Develop security solutions for the client.
  • Implement configuration management procedures for information systems.
Skills & experience
  • Hold a degree in a relevant field or have an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Be CISSP and CISM Certified Information Security Manager Certified Cyber Professional (CCP) certified.
  • Strong knowledge of Government security policies; including JSP440, JSP604, DIANS and NCSC IA guidance.
  • Experience of writing RMADs.
  • Experience of implementing risk management in a security environment.
  • Security experience in the defence/government/nuclear sector.
  • Relevant IT security experience.
