Hybrid working patterns available, but our client does want someone who is enthusiastic and wants to be a part of a team who are willing to go on site and office when needed.

All candidates need to hold a British passport and be eligible for Security Clearance.

Key responsibilities
  • Responsible for co-ordinating and producing Project reports and Power BI Dashboards
  • Responsible for compiling, reviewing, and editing performance reports
  • Analyse reports to identify any issues with data integrity and work with the stakeholders to assist with resolution of these issues
  • Ensure that all reporting is accurate, consistent, validated
  • Perform reviews of existing reports to monitor compliance with standards
  • Support the development of new reports and Power BI dashboards including requirements capture, prototyping and development into production including UAT/deployment
  • Adhere to Project governance and Integrated Project Controls Performance Information standards and procedures
  • Ensure all Project documents are correctly protectively marked, and protected in accordance with EDF policies and procedures
Skills & experience
  • Adobe Professional (Report Publishing).
  • Power BI
  • Microsoft Office Software
  • Teamcenter
  • SQL
  • Detailed understanding of project performance reporting
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Integrated Project Controls Disciplines
  • Ability to create concise written narrative to communicate Project progress and performance
  • Knowledge of data visualisation and analysis tools, applications, and techniques, including the capability of business intelligence analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau and QlikView

  • EcoSys (Cost, Changes, Earned Value Management).
  • ARM (Risks, Opportunities, Trends).
  • @risk (QCRA).
  • Safran (QSRA).
  • Primavera P6 (Scheduling).
  • Synchro (Schedule 4D modelling).
  • Acumen Fuse (Schedule Analysis).
  • SAP (Financial).
  • CEMAR (Supply Chain).
  • Understanding of engineering and construction methods, techniques, and terminology.
  • Knowledge of cost, scheduling and Risk management techniques and associated software.
  • Knowledge of earned value management techniques.
  • Skill in using communication techniques in complex project environments.
  • The ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Working knowledge of French and/or Chinese languages an advantage.
