Junior Business Analyst

This role will be hybrid with 2-3 days per week onsite.

Our client is a large consultancy, and they are looking for a Business Analyst with experience working on technology-led transformation programmes to help inform business decisions for their wide range of clients.

You will have experience guiding agile working practices, as well as developing roadmaps, and translating user needs/business requirements into actionable insights. 

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver solutions and results for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital initiatives.
  • Analyse processes and operations, identifying improvements in line with client objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops.
  • Develop/lead transformation roadmaps.
  • Influence agile working practices, including sprints, scrums, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure stakeholders needs are met in line with requirements and business goals.
  • Assist teams to develop better tools and methods for improving operations.
Skills & experience
  • Experience working in a consultancy setting or a relevant business analyst role.
  • Attained or working towards BA Diploma.
  • Previous experience in technology-led transformation programmes.
  • Experience in an agile project delivery environment (e.g., APMP, SAFe, MSP, DSDM, Scrum).
  • Ability to support the translation of user needs and business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Analysing complex problems, creating new solutions, and communicating them clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Defence, Aerospace, Security, Energy, Utilities, Highways, Rail, or the Public Sector.
