Infrastructure Engineer

This is a hybrid role with between 1-3 days per week required onsite. The rest of the work can be done from home. You also have the opportunity to work a 9 day fortnight by compressing your hours if you would like.

My client is an exciting and growing UK technology company who focus on research, development, and delivery of technical solutions for the MOD.

They are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to design, build and implement solutions and support.

• Design, build and integrate secure communications systems
• Troubleshoot complex environments
• Test and assess technologies to enhance security
• Create, verify and maintain technical documentation

• Experience supporting live, critical systems
• Experience in virtualisation tech (VMware, vSphere, vSAN, vCentre)
• Experience with Linux based systems
• Deployment and troubleshooting of containerised systems (Docker, Ansible)
• Scripting (Bash, Python)
