Key responsibilities
  • Help clients solve complex issues by performing analysis, providing recommendations and utilising a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools and technology
  • Develop work plans for client engagements and leading the delivery of defined project objectives
  • Experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycle and risk management and demonstrates strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Work with a range of stakeholders both internally within the company and in client organisations, as a subject matter expert on Transformation Leadership
  • People management experience, including; managing high-performing teams; coaching and mentoring; supporting development of junior team members
  • Support business development by contributing to new business proposals and taking roles in industry and account teams
  • Contribute to internal practice development by participating in proposition, methodology and point of view development activities and supporting knowledge capture and sharing
  • Deliver and lead components of end-to-end Transformation Leadership activity in a variety of programme contexts
Skills & experience
  • Overall, your experience should include contribution to large scale organisation transformation programmes, ideally using traditional and/or agile methodologies with a “digital product and technology enabled” focus
  • Experience of working on projects ideally in a consulting organisation, or in an internal consultant role
  • Experience and knowledge of working in/with the Public sector
  • Innovative mindset and keen interest in newest thinking around transformation, the future of work, and technology disrupters
  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams and fast-paced project environments and demonstrate personal resilience
  • Ability to develop and manage client/stakeholder relationships at all levels in an organisation
  • Experience in designing and delivering high-impact leadership development programmes, building alignment of senior leaders around their purpose, priorities and collective accountability
  • Proven experience in developing relationships with senior business leaders, successfully navigating individual and team transitions
  • Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with clients, as well as build internal networks with senior stakeholders
  • Experience facilitating senior leadership team workshops to develop leadership capabilities, mind-set and insights they require to authentically lead
  • Strong understanding of in related areas of human-centred transformation such as culture change, change management, learning and talent, (experience is desirable).
  • Experience coaching senior leaders and/or recognised certification in coaching is desirable but not mandatory for the role
  • Experience in designing and delivering leadership assessments and leadership development planning is desirable but not mandatory for the role
