Hardware Manager
Introduction
This is a hybrid role with the option to work from home 2 days per week, however you will need to remain flexible as this is dependant on project requirements.

They are enthusiastic about growing new talent and therefore are looking for an Engineering Manager to support the growth of the Engineering teams within their site in Gloucestershire. Primarily this role is focused on line management and resource management.
The client is willing to put candidates through security clearance, but you must have been in the UK for a minimum of 5 years.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to the project team
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders
- Drive successful projects throughout the engineering life cycle
- Lead the design and development of new projects
- Update product roadmaps
Skills & experience
- Experience in a hardware, software or systems engineering discipline
- Experience working in a product development market (ideally a secure/regulated one)
- Ability to grow a capability across a discipline
- Experience leading technical activities in complex projects
