Datasource is a leader in Consultancy, IT and Technical recruitment. We specialise in supplying some of the most prestigious and respected Defence, Government, Financial Services and Technical companies in the UK.
We are looking for exceptional Graduates to start their career with us!
This will be a 12 month fixed term contract, with the potential for a permanent job as a Recruitment Consultant upon completion of the Graduate Scheme.
You will undertake 4 x 3 month placements within the business, to give you a broad knowledge of how our Recruitment business functions.
Key responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
1st placement (3 months) – Recruitment Resourcing
Example Tasks:
- Practicing good communication to client and candidates
- Arranging interviews
- Calling candidates
- The recruitment process
- Intro to the power of social media for recruitment
- How to check advert applications
- Searching for candidates
2nd placement (3 months) – Financial, Commercial and Business Operations
Example Tasks:
- Answering the phone
- Administering the website
- Basic CRM System administration
- Marketing on LinkedIn
- Checking and administering invoices & timesheets
- Administering contractor and client contracts and paperwork
3rd placement (3 months) – Sales (whilst continuing on with the Recruitment Resourcing role)
Example Tasks:
- Business development activities with existing clients
- Identifying sales leads
- Sales presentations
- Negotiating terms
4th placement (3 months) – Recruitment
Example Tasks:
- Calling lots of candidates
- Find candidates via searching and networking
- Support Senior Recruiters
Skills & experience
Requirements:
- A passion for customer service
- A keen interest in Recruitment or Sales
- A minimum of 2.1 Degree
- An interest in Technology or the Defence Industry would be of benefit!
