They help CFOs drive value for their organisations across a three dimensions:

  • Finance Business Architecture: a team with extensive experience in delivering the full Finance Business Architecture lifecycle and capability with a range of platforms (SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle, Workday etc.). They re-imagine and realise the business architecture, which underpins their client's finance operations of the future.
  • End-to-end Process Expertise: With their extensive experience in implementing Finance digital solutions to improve clients Finance processes and business, they assist clients to design a finance function that is powered by machines and new models of talent in order to maintain the relevance and competitiveness of Finance.
  • Project Management, Implementation & Business Adoption: encompasses activities required to managing Finance Transformation projects, implementing and supporting the business adoption. They help CFOs assess what they need and should be doing today and how to prepare for tomorrow to drive change through their organisation.
Key responsibilities
  • Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving - Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problem
  • Delivery Excellence - Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
  • Executive Presence - Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
  • Knows the Business and Sector - understand the client's business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices
  • Logical Structuring - Present a cogent idea or case using clear and concise messaging, and support using appropriate data and tools
  • Accesses the Organisation Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new projects
  • Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
Skills & experience
  • Prior work experience in finance transformation, finance operating model and service delivery model, financial processes design/standardisation, automation and change management
  • Experience in working in multi-functional teams in the design and/or implementation phases more than one of the following elements: Finance Function Strategy, Roadmap, Business case, Operating model development (incl. Enabling Technologies), Organisation Design, Service Performance Management, Governance, and Operational Support Processes.
  • Understanding of at least one of the core finance processes: Record to Report, project and fixed asset accounting, intercompany accounting, Order to Cash, Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, main Finance related policies, Procure to Pay and others)
  • Understanding and gathering client business requirements; supporting effective day to day client relationships
  • Experience within Robotic Process Automation, Cloud based technologies and working with the Finance function would be beneficial
  • Experience in at least one of the following - stakeholder management, change management, learning and development, capability development and build, succession planning and / or leadership development
  • Exposition to Finance Systems Implementation projects or agile experience for supporting a technology delivery
  • Some experience in the use of BI, reporting and data visualisation technologies to appropriately represent information and analysis
  • Work effectively in a team environment on client facing environment
  • Travel mobility

The client would also like to see some of the below, but this is not essential:

  • Experience working in Data Architecture, ETL development, and Data Warehousing across Finance and Accounting processes
  • Holds skills in the following: SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle SQL, Tableau, Python, VBA, Outsystems, QlikView and ACL and other similar tools
  • Finance professional qualification such as (but not limited to): ACA, ACCA, CIMA
  • Graduated in one of the STEM disciplines such as (but not limited to): Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics
